The WA polo family greatly values the contribution of it’s members, both past and present. Not only have they provided the sport with tests of splendid horsemanship but they have also left an equine knowledge legacy that is passed down to new generations of polo riders. Further to notice of AGM, please see below details and attached nomination form for office bearer positions.
The Details:

If you wish to stay following the meeting, Dome has a full dinner menu and drinks, stay and have a bite to eat afterwards and a catch up before the season.

NO LATER than 6pm Wednesday 30th of September 2026.
17.3 Form of Nomination
Nominations must be:
(a) in writing on the prescribed form (if any); (see below link to download form)
(b) signed by an Individual Member.
(c) certified by the nominee expressing their willingness to accept the position for
which they are nominated; and
(d) delivered to the Association not less than 7 days before the date fixed for the
holding of the General Meeting.
We would also like to remind you if you have any proposed motions or special resolutions these must be received by us no later than 30th of September 2026.

Polo Calendar 2026/2027
It is nearly here!! the Start of the 26/27 Calendar is just around the corner! We are now less than 10 weeks until club spring polo starts!! (excited much!!)
We are proud to bring back for this season our polo development focus into our calendar for new and existing players.
There is something for everyone, if you have always wanted to play polo, or just have a go, there will be beginners lesson and chukkas across the clubs. A focus on junior polo (kids get those ponies ready, steal mum and dads or even a friend’s game pony) and as always coaching and development for our existing players. We will sneak in a weekend of coaching accreditations as well.
If you have any questions about the coaching weekends, lessons or any thing polo, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will point you in the right direction.
Pony Club Coaching
We are once again going into pony clubs showcasing our wonderful game. We are seeking EOI to do some weekend coaching. If you are interested and want to help out at some of these weekend rallies, please email the below.
